Return and Refund Policy

At Relax Edge, Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your Relax Edge experience, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if the product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used personal care items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@relaxedge.com or call +1-8447633343 to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@relaxedge.com or call +1-8447633343. We’ll provide instructions for a return and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return it according to our return policy.

7. Restocking Fee

If a customer purchases any steam shower unit that does not pass inspection, we will allow returns subject to the following conditions. You will be able to return the unit for the purchase price of the unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if the unit is in the original packaging. If the steam shower unit was opened, or opened and assembled,

Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and there may be a charge for the original shipping cost. Any damages to products may void the return.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

Should you have any questions about a particular product’s return policy, we’re here to help. Please contact us, and we will respond within 24 hours.

It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require.
