The sauna panels are packaged in cardboard boxes on a wooden pallet to prevent damage during shipping. The boxes can fit through doorways 24” or wider.

- Is the sauna pre-assembled?
No, the sauna arrives in panels that are assembled using screws and metal latches, taking approximately one hour.

- What tools are needed for assembly?
Only a Phillips head screwdriver or drill with a Phillips head bit is required.

- What voltage does the sauna operate on?
All saunas use UL listed plugs and operate on 220V.

- Can the sauna be placed on the second floor?
Yes, most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs, making them suitable for second-floor installation.

- Can the sauna be used outdoors?
